  • Tony Azzi is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal overseeing the Acquisitions, Dispositions, and Portfolio Management of Vita Equities

    Experience: Tony began his investment career in 1985 with his first fix and flip condo in Santa Monica. In 1987 he purchased 22 fix and flip single family homes in Mar Vista and West LA. He made the transition into multifamily and retail in the early 90’s and since has amassed a personal portfolio of over 750 units. To supervise the portfolio, Tony later began TGA Property Management, which currently oversees management on 2,000 units.

    In addition to co-founding Vita Equities, Tony serves as Executive Managing Director Investments at Marcus & Millichap. Tony joined Marcus & Millichap in September 1986 and has spent over 37 years as one of the nation’s top producers. Tony has personally closed approximately $4.7 billion in transactions.

    Education & Affiliations: Tony has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and National Multi Housing Council.

    Languages: Fluent in English, French and Arabic.

    Giving Back: Tony believes that with success comes a responsibility to give back. He has been a long-time supporter of Children's Hospital Los Angeles, LEAP Foundation, In Defense of Christians, Education and Opportunities for Lebanon, Maronite Church and Boys and Girls Club.

    Personal Interests: He enjoys spending his time with his two beautiful daughters, Gianna and Davina. Tony also likes traveling and a wide array of outdoor activities.‍

  • Rob Bellamy is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal overseeing the Acquisitions, Dispositions, and Portfolio Management of Vita Equities.

    Experience: Rob has been entwined in investment real estate for a decade. His dedication to the pursuit of deals has led him to purchase multiple, highly successful, investment properties.

    Prior to co-founding Vita Equities, Rob worked as a broker with Marcus & Millichap. From 2017-2022 Rob managed the sale of numerous multifamily and retail assets throughout CA.

    Education: Rob graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Policy, Planning, and Development with an emphasis on Real Estate Development.

    Personal Interests: Rob is a world-class tennis player who has competed in many professional tour events, breaking though into the ATP rankings. He represented the United States in at the World University Games in Kazan, Russia in 2013, and won the NCAA Team Championships in 2014 for the Trojans. Rob was honored to serve as team captain his senior year. Aside from tennis, Rob enjoys being outdoors and competing in other sports.

    Giving Back: Rob believes giving back is vital. He is active with Hope Sports, an organization dedicated to building homes for low-income families in Baja California. He is also a supporter of Children’s Hospital, Los Angeles.
