Tony Azzi

Tony Azzi co-founded Vita Equities and oversees all acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management. His career in real estate began in 1985 with a fix-and-flip in Santa Monica, which sparked a decades-long journey building one of Los Angeles' most experienced multifamily investment practices. By the early 1990s, Tony had expanded his personal portfolio to over 750 units. Since 1986, Tony has served as Executive Managing Director at Marcus & Millichap, where he has closed approximately $4.7 billion in transactions. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from Loyola Marymount University and is fluent in English, French, and Arabic. Tony is actively involved with Children's Hospital Los Angeles and the LEAP Foundation.
Rob Bellamy

Rob Bellamy co-founded Vita Equities and manages acquisitions and dispositions. With over a decade of investment real estate experience, Rob brings a sharp analytical approach and deep market knowledge to every deal. Prior to Vita Equities, he spent five years at Marcus & Millichap (2017-2022), specializing in multifamily and retail transactions across California. Rob is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he studied Policy, Planning, and Development. Before his real estate career, Rob was a professional tennis player, achieving ATP rankings, winning an NCAA championship in 2014, and representing the United States at the World University Games in 2013. He is actively involved with Hope Sports and Children's Hospital Los Angeles.
